James Yeager

James Yeager is a leader and veteran of over 20 years in the information technology and cybersecurity industry. His current role as an executive at one of the world's most prominent cyber companies has him presiding over their government and healthcare operations. His commitment to the public sector arena has allowed him to build and lead successful teams at every stop of his professional journey.
James is also a serial entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of a privately held investment firm, RHOA LLC, specializing in capital infusion, growth strategy development and the revitalization of companies across a variety of services industries in Virginia, Georgia and Florida.
James is also a prideful philanthropist with a passion for both local causes as well as those with global impact. Pediatric cancer and partnership with members of the public service community are of paramount importance to him and his family.
James holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Education from The College of William and Mary, where he also lettered in football. A lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, James currently resides in Leesburg with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time he enjoys an active lifestyle, playing pickleball and golf, and traveling with his family.
