Amanda Mills
VP, Health & Wellness
Amanda Mills is currently a strength and conditioning coach at Crystal Coast Wellness in Morehead City, North Carolina as well serves as the Director of Health & Wellness at the Honor Movement Foundation.
Born and raised in a military family with both of her parents serving most of her childhood in the United States Marine Corps in the AE-6B squadrons., as well, her brother and husband currently serve on active duty in the United States Marine Corps.
Amanda completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of North Carolina and received her Master's degree in Applied Exercise Science and a concentration in Human Movement Science and Sports Nutrition from the Concordia University of Chicago.
Amanda began volunteering with the Ruck to Remember in 2014 where she provided critical support for the team leader operations.
Amanda currently resides in Morehead City, North Carolina with her husband and dog.
