Friday May 24th
1530-1900 – 60 to 60 Check-In/Meet & Greet @ Open Road Arlington
Come and meet your teammates and team leaders. It’s a great time to ask specific questions about the route or your gear. This is required for all 60 to 60 participants. You will also receive your 2024 Ruck to Remember Mission T-shirt, which must be worn for the duration of the movement. Safety Brief will be given at 1800.
Saturday May 25th
0400 – Good Morning, early wake-up and must be formed up and ready to load busses at the Marine Corps War Memorial
0430 – Busses Depart
0615 – Begin Movement (Move 1 hr/3 miles and rest – during rest periods, teams will share Stories of Valor)
1400 – Teams Begin movement off from Mountain to Bear Chase Brewery
1700 – Load Busses and move to Bluemont Station Brewery (Stories of Valor)
1900 – Load Busses and move American Legion (Purcellville) for evening chow
2100 – Foot Movement (1 click) to Purcellville Volunteer Fire Department (Set up Sleeping system)
2200 – Lights Out
Sunday, May 26th
0330 – Wake Up, Clean Up
0400 – Teams Begin Movements – Warrior Walk
0800 – R&R Leesburg Fire Department
1300 – R&R Ashburn Volunteer Fire Department
1430 – Old Ox Brewery – Lunch Provided by Mission BBQ – (Stories of Valor)
1800 – Busses Load and depart for Team Hotel, Arlington VA.
1900 – 60 to 60 Secured (Participants are released from the event but must check back in with their team leader for the National Final Miles)
