Keith Arnold is President and Chief Operating Officer of Earth Genome, a data and decision intelligence nonprofit whose mission is to improve life on earth by incorporating the true value of nature and its vital contribution to human well-being, economic prosperity, and global security. Prior to Earth Genome, Keith spent 21 years in leadership positions at The Nature Conservancy (TNC), the largest environmental nonprofit in the world with an annual operating budget of over one billion dollars and operations in over 70 countries. During his tenure at TNC, he served as chief of staff to three CEOs where he was a key member of the organization’s executive leadership team. Prior positions at TNC included director of development for executive fundraising and director of the global board of directors program. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Education – Interdisciplinary Studies, focused on Education, Athletic Management, and Leadership, both from Frostburg State University.
